Credit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards,
in most cases both credit and debit cards. When you receive your monthly
statement, the charges from your purchase will be identified as from RVbookstore.com.
If I give you my credit card information is it safe?
Yes,
absolutely. Our site is secure. Your credit card information is
processed by a computer and then disappears from our records. No
one in our office ever sees credit card numbers of orders that
are placed online. And those placed by phone, mail or faxes never
leave our office and are regularly shredded when we are done with
them. We are members of the Better Business Bureau.
Gift orders
If you choose the "Gift" option when placing your order,
the recipient's packing slip will only include a list of the package's
contents, but not the prices.
Orders paid by credit
card
will be shipped the same day or the next business day. We do not ship
on Sunday. Orders received after noon Saturday may not ship until Monday.
Orders paid by check or money order will
be shipped when we receive payment. This includes eBooks.
We retain check or
cash orders for 30 days from when they were placed. If
payment is not received at the end of the 30 days, we cannot
guarantee that the product(s) ordered will still be available.
Magazine subscriptions
Subscriptions to magazines placed through RV Bookstore
generally begin one to three months after we receive the payment for
your order. Monthly magazines generally start the fastest. Quarterlies
may not start for a few months. We only accept subscriptions to addresses
with U.S. Zip Codes.
International orders
Our RV Bookstore shopping cart will automatically calculate
the postage to virtually any country in the world.

We'll do our best to get back to you promptly.
However, if we receive your request on a weekend, holiday or late
afternoon of our business day we may not be able to respond to you
until the next business day.

have your order number ready when you call to help us serve you
faster.
Order not received?
If you are concerned that your order is taking too long to be delivered,
please feel free to email or
call us (email is best). If you still have it, please provide us
with the USPS tracking number from the confirmation email you received
when you placed your order online. Using this, we will be able
to determine when your order was shipped and/or whether it has
been delivered to your local post office.
If you chose to have your order shipped by Media
Mail (a special, low rate for books, videos and DVDs) it may take
as long as two to three weeks for your order to arrive. Some books
do not qualify for Media Mail, but can be shipped as low-cost Bound
Printed Matter, which arrives in about the same time as Media
Mail. Generally, orders to the West coast arrive faster, those to
the East coast a bit longer (we ship from Seattle). Most Media Mail
and Bound Printed Matter orders, however, will arrive within 5-14
days. Orders shipped by First Class Mail and Priority Mail will
usually arrive in 2-5 days, and perhaps a bit longer during the holiday
season.
Our shipping goal, which we achieve more
than 95% of all Monday through Saturday orders, is to ship the order
within 4-24 hours of when a customer places it. Orders received Monday
through Friday by 3 p.m. almost always ship same day.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged, please
return it for a refund or replacement (less shipping and handling fees)
within 30 days of delivery to RV Bookstore, 170 West Dayton St., Suite
103, Edmonds, WA 98020. If you receive a defective product, please
call us immediately and we will rush out a replacement (along with our
apologies!) |
